What to check before ordering
Customers may upload a prescription, enter prescription values manually, or send the prescription later. Orders marked send later remain on hold until prescription information is received and reviewed.
Manual entries are checked for common completeness issues. Axis is required when cylinder is present, add power is required for progressive or bifocal lenses, and missing PD may delay production or require follow-up.
Prescription files may be PDF, JPG, or PNG and are stored privately. Complex prescriptions, prism, high-index 1.74, progressive lenses, cataract-sensitive orders, and unclear uploads may require manual review before production release.
Order review checklist
- Confirm the prescription is current and readable.
- Measure PD or choose to send it later before production.
- Compare frame measurements against a pair that already fits.
- Review lens material and coating choices before submitting.
- Save the order number for tracking and support.
