What to check before ordering
People with diabetes should follow their provider's exam schedule and ask about comprehensive dilated eye exams. Diabetes can increase the risk of eye disease.
Blood sugar changes may affect the shape of the lens in the eye and can make vision blurry. Avoid rushing into new glasses if your provider says the prescription may still be changing.
Sudden vision changes, pain, new floaters, flashes, or vision loss should be handled by an eye doctor or emergency care.

- Compare frame measurements against a pair that already fits.
